Restoring Minds Counseling Services

| Group Practice

Jacqueline Avalos, MA, LPC

Have you been in therapy before and things just aren't coming together? It's so frustrating to not be able to be the real you. I value my client's time and all the work they've already put into their personal self growth. Sometimes we just need something to piece it together. I don't promise magic but I do promise progress with hard work. No more wasting time. Your life is way too important to be struggling any longer. If you are ready, I mean really ready, I would be honored to work with you.

I practice EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) because I trust it and I want the best for my clients. However, I do incorporate other modalities of therapy in the process to include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Family Systems, and Individual Psychology. Psychotherapeutic yoga groups are also offered.
