Help and hope are just a phone call away.

Developed by Grant Halliburton Foundation, the Here For Texas Mental Health Navigation Line is a free helpline offering guidance, information, resources, and support for mental health and addiction.

The helpline is for anyone who is looking for mental health resources for themselves or for someone they care about. Anyone can call to say, "Here's what’s going on, what do I do?"

Are you looking for a therapist? A treatment center? A provider that is in-network with your insurance? Someone that offers sliding scale fees?

Callers will talk with a trained mental health navigator who can offer support and information about services and resources in their area. The navigator will gather important information, which is forwarded to an experienced mental health professional who will help to identify specific resources tailored to the caller’s needs.

Whether you’re seeking resources for yourself or for someone else, call our free helpline at 972.525.8181 Monday - Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Our mental health navigators can help. Se habla Español.

This is not a crisis line. GET HELP NOW if you or someone you know is in crisis.
