I forgot my provider login or password. How do I get it?
Go to the Provider Login Page and click on “Forgot Your Password?” Your password will be sent to the email address associated with your account.
Your Login/Email Address is the email address that is listed on your account. If you forgot your Login/Email Address please contact the Here For Texas Help Desk by calling 972.744.9790 and ask for the Here For Texas Help Desk. Or email us at HelpDesk@HereForTexas.com.
How do I change my login email address and/or password?
Just click on “My Account” in the top right corner of this page. Fill out the appropriate fields and click “Submit” to save your changes.
Is there a fee for having a profile on this website?
No, there is no fee. We only ask that you review your profile annually and keep the information up-to-date. We’ll send a reminder when it’s time to review. You can also make changes to your profile any time during the year.
How long will my profile stay on the website?
Your profile will stay on the site as long as you like. You may edit or delete the profile at any time. The only requirement is that you review the profile annually to keep the information up-to-date.
We have multiple locations. How do we enter information for each location?
If you have multiple locations that offer the same services, you can add contact and address information for each location. Return to the previous page using your browser’s “back” button. Select the profile name you want to add a location to and click on “Duplicate.”
We have multiple locations, with different programs and services offered at each location. How do we enter this information?
If the programs are distinctly different—for example, offering different services of serving different populations or geographic areas—you may want to create separate profiles for each location. There are two ways to do this. Return to the Provider Portal page using your browser’s “back” button.
- Click “Add a profile” to start with a blank Provider Input Form, or
- Select a profile name. Click “Copy Basic Info” to create a Provider Input Form that retains the name and contact information of the original profile and allows you to modify address and description of services for the added location. Repeat for each additional location.
How do I change the information in my profile?
You can log in to your profile and change the information at any time. Be sure to click “Submit for Publication.” Your changes will be verified and posted within one business day.
